d. Safe Delivery Environment: Clients must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for delivery personnel. This includes providing any necessary entry codes or instructions.
e. Timely Communication: Clients must promptly notify Concierge Inc of any changes to their contact or delivery information and respond to any communication from Concierge Inc or delivery personnel in a timely manner.

Privacy and Data Security SecurityWe are committed to protecting client privacy and personal information. Our use of client data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which clients are encouraged to review.
Liability Concierge Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or performance of the services. Our total liability to clients for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
Termination Concierge Inc reserves the right to terminate or suspend client access to the services at our sole discretion for conduct that violates this policy or is harmful to other users, our company, or third parties.

e. Recall Procedures: Suppliers must have procedures in place for the recall of any defective or unsafe products and promptly notify Concierge Inc of any such recalls.

Liability Suppliers assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of their products. Concierge Inc is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from defective or unsafe products supplied by the medical suppliers.
